Vegetable Oil Mill can be extracted from oil seeds like Peanut, Soybean, Sesame, Rapeseed, Sunflower, Palm & Palm kernel, Mustard, Cotton seeds, Coconut, Camelina and Castor Seeds.

Oil seeds are a complex mixture of protein, fiber and triglycerides of fatty acids. Extracting these triglycerides from the remaining portion is quite simple but requires careful attention and precise process control.

All oil seeds need to be pretreated prior to expelling in order to extract oil efficiently with minimum energy requirements. We supply a complete set of such units — pretreatment unit comprising seed Decorticator/Cracker/Cutter, Steam Cooker with Expeller, Piston Pump and Filter Press. Oil mill capacities range from 1 Ton per day up to 1,000 Tons per day.
